Commercial listing auto-expiry

Will my listing be automatically archived?

Silver listings that are more than 90 days old and have not been modified, and Branded listings that are more than 26 weeks old, will be automatically archived.

To ensure our website displays the most relevant and up-to-date properties, Commercial Real Estate automatically removes Silver listings that have been displayed on site for over 90 days if unedited/unmodified and Branded listing displayed on site for over 26 weeks.

This is an industry standard process and is designed to ensure the best experience to property seekers and the highest quality leads to our agents.

We’ll notify you!

The primary agent on the listing and the agency’s general email address (as per Agent Admin account details) will receive an expiry notification email 14 days before the auto archive occurs for both Silver and Branded listings.

How to ensure your listing is not removed from site

I have a Silver listing I have a Branded listing

To ensure your Silver listing remains on Commercial Real Estate simply make an edit to the listing either from your listing CRM or manually via Agent Admin. An edit could be an updated inspection time, or a simple change in the description.

A silver listing can remain on Commercial Real Estate indefinitely provided it is continuously updated/edited within every 90 day cycle.

The primary agent on the listing and the agency’s general email address will receive an expiry notification email 14 days before the auto archive will occur. When you receive the expiry email simply edit/update the listing and the 90 day cycle will restart. We recommend updating your listings on site regularly.
