Commercial property alert & saved search

How can I create a commercial property alert or save a search?


To create a property alert/saved search, scroll to the bottom of your search results and click Create Alert.

We’ll show you how to create a commercial property alert and saved search in just a few steps so you’ll be the first to know when new property is available.

Note: Property alerts can only be created on the website.

Property alerts and saved searches are one and the same; When you create a new alert it also saves your search.

If you don’t have an account set up, or are not logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address when you try to create your property alert.

  1. Search for suitable properties or businesses by location, types and any other filters you’d like to set. Scroll to the bottom of your search results and click Create Alert.

    For best results, set all filters and ranges to suit your requirements.

  2. If you are not logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address. If you haven’t signed up yet, you’ll be sent an activation email to this email address. If you have already signed up, you’ll need to login to see your property alerts/saved searches.

  3. Once you've created your alert, click the bell icon to see your property alerts and saved searches.

  4. In the property alerts screen you can see your alerts/saved searches.

    Click the Active switch to pause or activate your alerts.

    Click Go to search results to run your saved search again so you can see the properties or businesses in this saved search.

    Click Delete Alert to delete your alert.
