SMS Verification security code for all listings

Why have I received an SMS Verification code?


You'll receive an SMS Verification code which you'll need to enter when updating a listing.

As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting our agents and the community from fraudulent listings on Domain, we have added an SMS Verification code requirement when manually uploading or updating all sale and rental listings.

Note:

In the past, the security code was only required for rental listings, at certain times of the day and under certain conditions. This has now changed.

You will be prompted to enter a 'one time pin' when you click the Details, Images, or Inspections, Contacts tabs when manually creating or updating any sale or rental listing.

When you click one of these tabs a security code will be sent to your phone and will need to enter the code.

The code will be sent to the phone we have linked to your Agent Admin Account - the same number you have set up for 2FA.

If you do not provide the required code you will be unable to create or edit the listing however you will not be logged out.
