How do I change or update our agency details?
That's where we come in. If you need to update general details on your Domain or CRE account, contact Domain Group support, however, if you need to update contractual details, contact your Domain Group Account Manager.
Contact Domain Group support for general changes:
- Address
- Principal Name
- Principal Email
- Enquiries Email
- Phone Number
We'll do a quick security check, then send you a Change of Details form to complete.
Contact your Domain Group Account Manager for contractual changes:
- ABN
- Trading Name
- Company Name
- Change of ownership
- Rebranding
Your account manager will arrange for the appropriate forms to be sent. These changes can only be done via your Account Manager for security purposes. Please contact your Account Manager to get these updated.
Agency Profile and Agent Profile details can be updated via agent admin.
