How do I update my agency logo?

That's where we come in. Email your logo to support@commercialrealestate.com.au in the dimensions below.

For security reasons, logos can only be loaded internally by Domain Group Support.

Logo Specifications for CommercialRealEstate.com.au

Agency Logo:

200px (w) x 70px (h). Maximum Size: 50kb. File types accepted: .gif or .png.
Appears on Property Details page and in Agency Profile page

Search Logo:

120px (w) x 42px (h).Maximum Size: 20kb. File types accepted: .gif or .png.
Appears on search results and various reports

Note:

If your logo is not exactly sized to the dimensions above, don’t worry. We can re-size them to fit within these dimensions, however we are not able to carry out any design work.

We will also match the background colour to the agency brand colour, however feel free to send us your ‘hex code’ values.

We can reduce the size of the logo, however we can’t enlarge the logo if it’s too small - this will make it blurry.

Note:

Please do not include phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses or corporate messages in your logo. Doing this will have a negative impact on your page views and engagement, and is a breach of our T&C’s

Why aren't my logos updating

Logos can take up to 24 hours to update across our website. If your logo has not updated after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Why is my logo stretched or blurry?

The logo supplied may have been low-resolution, or enlarged prior to us receiving it. We only reduce the size of the logo so the image quality will be maintained. We use industry-standard software to process all images.

If your logo is appearing stretched or distorted, please let our support team know so we can look into it. We will usually contact your office if we believe the logo doesn’t look right prior to loading.

My logo looks too small

When a logo is uploaded, we also set a background colour to be used as the ‘padding’ which is the space around the logo.

We have designed our listing pages with quite a large padding area to accommodate the buttons and tools also found in this section. This has been carefully designed to improve enquiries.

How can we make the logo fit to size?

Your brand is important. Hire a professional. By having a designer create your logo according to our specs, you will get the most out of the space available.

Why is my logo not appearing?

Logos only appear on Branded subscriptions and above. If you are on a Branded subscription or above, and your logo is not appearing, please contact Domain Group Support.
