How can I check advertising rates on Commercial Real Estate?


CRE agents can use the Rate Calculator in Agent Admin to find out how much it will cost to list your commercial property.

If you're a Real Estate Agent and would like to join Commercial Real Estate, sign up for a subscription so that you can start listing properties, you can get started by completing the sign-up form on this page.

  1. Log in to Agent Admin and click Check Rates in the Rate Calculator box.

  2. Agency Rates will be selected when the page first opens, and will show you rates based on your agency contract. If your agents have agent-level contracts, and you'd like to see those rates, click Agency Rates and select your agent.

    All agents from your agent list are searchable even if they don't have an agent-level contract. For agents that don't have a contract, the calculator will show the casual rate.

  3. Enter your listing’s suburb, listing type and value then click Look up rates. The rates and duration shown will be based on your current contract. Casual booking rates are not currently searchable.
