I can’t edit/update my listing or upload images

Why can't I edit or update my listing or upload images

Hold tight. There are a few things we can try to help you with editing your listing or uploading images for your listing.

If you’re experiencing difficulty creating or editing your listing or uploading images for your listing there are a number of things you can try in order to complete what you’re trying to do.

Log Out Log In
Try logging out and logging back into Domain or Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin. This may clear any session expiry issues.
Go Incognito or Private Browsing
Try opening a new ‘incognito’ or ‘private browsing’ window and log into Domain/Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin from this window. You will have to log in again and enter a security code, however, this ‘private mode’ window will not use any saved data, which may be interfering with your pages loading correctly.

If you find this resolves the problem, you will need to clear your browsing history.

The method for clearing browser history or cache changes frequently, so if you’re not sure how to do this, it’s best to do a Google search on “how to clear browsing history” for your favourite browser.
Disable Ad Blockers
Ad Blockers will prevent our pages loading and the image loader working. If you are seeing 'loading' or a blank box when clicking ‘Add Photos’ it’s likely that your browser has an Ad Blocker running.

Do a Google search on “how to disable ad-blocker” for your favourite browser.
Image Specs
Images must be at least 800px(w) X 600px(h). If they are any smaller, they will not load. On the other hand, perhaps your images are too large and taking too long to upload? Although our website can support super hi-res images up to 10mb, anything above 3mb may take too long to upload, depending on factors external to Domain/Commercial Real Estate.

Make sure the file type is either jpg, jpeg or png.
Internet Connection
Is it a rainy day? Yes, even in this modern age of sophisticated technology, we all still experience internet issues when the weather is poor. Or perhaps your service is a bit patchy at the moment. Check your internet connection by doing an internet speed test. Here’s our favourite testing system: http://www.speedtest.net/ Just click GO.
Session Time-out
If you had begun creating or editing a listing and left the browser idle for too long, your session may have ‘timed out’. You will need to start over again.
