I didn't receive my SLP report
If you haven't received your SLP report please check the following:

I can’t access reports for my listings
Is it a Monday morning? Sometimes our database can’t cope with producing the amount of data everyone is trying to access at the same time. Wait 20 mins and try again. If you’re still having troubles, click the Support icon to contact Domain Group support team and we will get your report.
How can I be sure these stats are accurate?
We have built a robust data system to collect and manage this data, and extensive and ongoing testing is constantly being carried out to ensure the data is recording correctly.

Who receives the SLP report email?
The SLP report is automatically sent to any agents assigned to a listing, and to any recipients added to the distribution list.
How do I receive this report?
The SLP report is sent via email every Monday. The email will contain links to SLP reports for any listings that are assigned to you. Agents assigned to a listing will automatically be added to the ‘distribution list’ for SLP reports weekly emails.
Can the weekly report be sent to vendors and colleagues?

Actually, I don’t want to receive these reports
Unlike Domain SLP reports, there is no opt out function. You will have to block them via your mail system.
How long does it take for website events to appear in the report?
New events will appear in the report within 5 minutes.
