How can I manage leads & enquiries via my CRM?
Contact your CRM system's support team to find out how you can manage leads & enquiries via your CRM.
When an enquiry is sent, it will be sent to the email address of the agent assigned to the listing, or to the agency’s general enquiries email address.
For agents that use a listing CRM it is possible for enquiries to be sent to a ‘capture’ email address so the agency can manage these leads within their CRM.
This option can only be activated by your CRM, in most cases via the use of a unique ‘capture’ email address assigned to each agent.
