Listing missing from Commercial Real Estate - Loaded via CRM

We have a missing listing - It was loaded via our CRM

If a listing is missing, first, check your CRM and Domain Agent Admin.

If you have loaded a listing via your CRM and it has not loaded to Commercial Real Estate, here’s what to do.


Check your CRM

Check your CRM to ensure that Domain has been selected for export.


Check Agent Admin

  1. Login to agent admin 
  2. Double check you are looking at the correct account 
  3. Click: Listings then Commercial Sale, Commercial Lease (or whatever the appropriate channel is).
  4. Search for the listing in this stock list.



If it's a huge stock list, you can use ctrl + f (windows) or command + f (mac) method. 


Report the Incident

There are dozens of reasons why a listing may not have been successfully loaded to Domain. Luckily our support team are highly trained in investigating this type of issue.

Contact Domain Group Support via the Support icon team to let us know.

We will contact your uploader on your behalf to start the investigation and keep you updated with all progress.
