How can I change my listing status to Sold or Leased?
You can update your listing status to Sold or Leased via your CRM or via your stock list in Agent Admin.
We'll show you how to update your listing status to Sold or Leased.
If listing has been created via your CRM the listing must be updated via the CRM system. If you change a listing to Sold/Leased via Agent Admin and we receive a subsequent update from your CRM the listing will go live again, and this may incur additional listing charges.
Only follow these steps if the listing was manually created, or you have already removed (or attempted to remove) the listing via your CRM.

Login to Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin and find your listing. Select your listing in the stocklist by ticking the checkbox next to the listing ID.
If you are creating a Sold, Leased or Off Market listing click the Archived tab.

Select a Sold or Leased option from the Select an Action drop-down menu and click Apply.

Enter the Sale/Leased Price and Date Sold. Select Publish sale price (price will be displayed) or Do not publicly disclose (sale price will be hidden). Rental listings will also need to enter Lease Duration number of weeks.
Click Save
Sold!
You have now updated the status of your listing to Sold or Leased. Sold and leased listings details pages will show a Sold or Leased label. Listings that publish the sale price will rank higher in Sold search results.
