Archive and delete listings

How can I archive and delete listings?

You can archive and delete your listings your stock list in Agent Admin.

We'll show you how to archive and then delete a Commercial Real Estate listing.

On some occasions, you may wish to archive a listing as opposed to setting it as sold or leased.

Once a listing has been archived it can be deleted.

Deleted listings cannot be viewed via agent admin, however, they can be (mostly) restored to 'archive' state by Domain Support team.

For listings created via CRM and archived manually, if the listing is still live in your CRM and we receive any subsequent updates via the CRM, the listing will be sent live, which may result in additional listing charges being accrued.

  1. Navigate to Listing

Login to Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin. From top navigation menu click Listings then select a stocklist

  2. Select Listing

Click in the checkbox next to the listing ID to select 1 or more listings.

Select Archive or Archive (withdrawn) from 'Select an Action' drop-down menu

    Click Apply

    Click OK to confirm

Selecting Archive (withdrawn) will automatically send a notification to APM/Pricefinder and the property will be reported as ‘withdrawn’.

  3. Delete

From the stocklist click on the Archived tab.

You may need to sort the listings to see your most recently Archived properties.
To do this click the Archived heading

Click in the checkbox next to the listing ID to select 1 or more listings

Select Delete from the 'Select an Action' drop-down menu

    Click Apply

By default, this page will only show 100 listings. At the bottom of the page, click Show All if you can't see your listing.

    Click OK to confirm
