Archive and delete listings

How can I archive and delete listings?

You can archive and delete your listings your stock list in Agent Admin.

We'll show you how to archive and then delete a Commercial Real Estate listing.

On some occasions, you may wish to archive a listing as opposed to setting it as sold or leased.

A listing can only be deleted once it has been archived.

Deleted listings cannot be viewed via agent admin, however, they can be (mostly) restored to 'archive' state by Domain Support team.

Note:

For listings created via CRM and archived manually, if the listing is still live in your CRM and we receive any subsequent updates via the CRM, the listing will be sent live, which may result in additional listing charges being accrued.

  1. Login to Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin and find your listing

Click in the checkbox next to the listing ID to select 1 or more listings.

Select Archive or Archive (withdrawn) from 'Select an Action' drop-down menu

    Click Apply

    Note

Selecting Archive (withdrawn) will automatically send a notification to APM/Pricefinder and the property will be reported as ‘withdrawn’.

  2. Click the Archived tab at the top of the stocklist.

You may need to sort the listings to see your most recently Archived properties.
To do this click the Archived heading.
