I can't find my listing in the search results
Let's see if we can find it, or find out why it's not there.
If your listings have been loaded but you can’t find them in your search results, there are some things you can check prior to contacting Domain Group support.
When a listing is created or updated it will be held in Pending status while our systems do their thing. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes, but if there's a system issue it may take a while longer.
Check that you don’t have a ‘refine’ filter applied to your search that may be preventing a listing from coming up in your search results.
Click the top category menu to start a new search with no filters.
Or, using Commercial Real Estate App, tap Filter > Clear > Search
Is your account still active? Log into Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin. If your agency name has an underscore at the start, this means your account is inactive. Contact your Commercial Real Estate Account Manager for further details.
Check if the listing is in the Sale or Lease stock list. If not, the listing will not be searchable.
From Agent Admin home page, under Your Activity, click the number of live listings in the relevant stocklist.
You can easily search for the listing using Ctrl + F windows or ⌘ + F Mac, and start typing street name.
From the stock list, click the listing ID number in the left column to open the listing overview.
Click Details > Double check the following details are all correct:
- Suburb
- Sale type
- Primary and secondary property type
- Land/building area
- Price details
If you are searching for an office or warehouse, and the listing is loaded as retail or something else, this may be why the listing is not coming up in your search results.
Also, check that the status is For Sale or For Lease. If the status is Pending this means that the listing is still being processed by our systems.
When you click Details you may need to enter a verification code which will be sent to your linked device.
When a listing is created or updated it will be held in Pending status while our systems do their thing. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes, but if there's a system issue it may take a while longer.
If you have a Silver listing that is more than 90 days old and has not been modified, or a Branded listing that is more than 26 weeks old, it will have been automatically archived.
