Has my listing has been upgraded?
In Agent Admin you can check your stocklist and individual listings to see if any of your listings have any current or previous upgrades or marketing products applied.
We'll show you how to check the listing in Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin to confirm whether or not any upgrades are currently active on a listing, if there have been upgrades in the past, and which type of upgrades may have been applied.
- Log in to Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin and find your listing. Click the listing ID to open the Listing Overview page.
- The Marketing section in the bottom right will show any current or previous upgrades and marketing products. Click the View history link to see the booking details. In this example, that would be the Platinum Extend View history link.
If there is no View history link displayed, it means there has not been an upgrade for this listing.
- When you click History you will see the below page showing details of the booking. You'll be able to see when your upgrade start and end dates, what the rate is/was and who it was booked by.
