Update listing details and images

How can I update a listing that is currently live on Commercial Real Estate? 


You can manually edit a live listing from your stock list in Agent Admin.

Note:

If listing has been created using a CRM system, do not make any changes manually. Only use your CRM system to make any updates or changes.

Note:

You cannot update the Channel or Category. Once a listing has been set as Sale it can’t be changed to Lease, and vice versa.

If you need to change a listing from Sale to Lease (or vice versa), the only option is to delete the old listing and create a new one. If you change a listing from Sale to Lease (or vice versa) using a CRM, the original listing will stay orphaned on Commercial Real Estate.

When a listing is created or updated it will be held in Pending status while our systems do their thing. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes, but if there's a system issue it may take a while longer.

 

  1. Login to Commercial Real Estate Agent Agent Admin. From top navigation menu click Listings then select the relevant stock list.

    Or, if you know the listing ID enter ID into search box top right and click Search.

  2. Click the listing ID to open the Listing Overview page.

    The default sort order is suburb name alphabetical. If you have a huge stock list, you can sort the listing by clicking the heading of each column. Usually, the most useful columns to sort by are AgentCreated (date listing was created), and Modified (date listing was last updated)

  3. Click DetailsImages or Inspections, Contacts tab.

    Once you click Inspections, Contacts you'll need to enter an SMS verification number, which will be sent to your phone.

  4. Click Details tab to edit any details, attributes, options, settings or copy. Click Save.

    This is the same process as when you create a commercial listing in Agent Admin.

    Changes may take up to 10 minutes to update in search results. The property details page should update immediately.

     

  5. Click Images tab then click Add Photos to upload any additional images.

    Note:

    Make sure any ‘ad blocker’ running on your browser has been disabled.

  6. Drag image files from your computer into the dialogue window, or click Add Files then select images from your computer.

    When files have validated they will appear in this window. Click Start Upload.

  7. Once images have uploaded click Save.

  8. To change the order of or delete any images click Re-order or Remove Images.

  9. Drag images into the order you want them to display and click Save & Close. The first image will be the large hero image on listings.

  10. Click the Inspections, Contacts tab to update Agent's details or OFI times and click Save.

    As soon as you click Inspections, Contacts you'll need to enter an SMS verification number, which will be sent to your phone.

    This is the same process as when you create a commercial listing in Agent Admin.
